Orders for Products
Cancellations Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please email admin@natural fertility.co.nz asap. The order can be cancelled with a refund to your original payment method if the item/s have not been shipped. If they have been shipped you cannot cancel your order and will need to follow the Returns and exchange policy below.
Returns and Exchanges policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email Admin@naturalfertility.co.nz with details of the product/s you wish to return or exchange from your order.
One approved by email, send the item back to us at your own cost.
Once NFNZ has received the product, you can expect to receive a refund to the original payment method or the exchange within 10 business days.
It the item is used or damaged, the product will be retuned to you without a refund.
Orders and Delivery
All orders are charged in NZ Dollers. Orders are shipped on Tuesday and Fridays. We use Courier post who has an next working day target, although please allow up to 3 - 7 days for delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped. We have a standard shipping and handling fee of $6.00 per order.
Donations
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives.
All payments through the Website are to be made by Visam or Mastercard.
Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, eWAY. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize eWAT to charge funds from your credit card.
Unauthorised card use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.
Information from you
Before we can process a donation you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation.
At the end of each financial year we will provide you with a report of your donations for tax purposes.
Refund policy
If you make an error in your donation please contact us within 14 days and a full refund will be made to you.
Competition T&C's
Here are the standard terms and conditions for all competitions run by Natural Fertility NZ. In addition, any terms and conditions applicable to a specific competition will be stated in the relevant Competition Post.
- Your entry into any giveaways on this page is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and prizes.
- Entry is only open to people living in the territory stated in the relevant Competition Post.
- Each promotion starts with a Competition Post and finishes when the prize has been drawn and the winner announced.
- To enter, you must follow the instructions and terms set out in the Competition Post. Please don't use any automated software that allows you to enter repeatedly or your entries will be disallowed.
- Prize draws will be held within 3 days of the competition ending. Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries unless otherwise stated in the Competition Post. Prizes are not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
- Winners will be contacted by email in the first instance, then phone is contact ia not made in 3 days, asking them to provide details to claim their prize. Their first name and city will also be announced on the Facebook page.
- Winners will need to send a Facebook private message to claim their prize. This will also be taken as acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within seven days of being contacted, the competition will be redrawn and the prize given to another winner. If the winner of the prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
- If you post or upload a photo or written response, you guarantee that:
a) you have all of the rights, consents and licences to post this content;
b) your entry is original and your own; and
c) your entry doesn't infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party. - Entries are eligible based on the time they are submitted. We take no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries.
- Entry into the promotion is dependent on you following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at: www.facebook.com/terms.php. Please note that you do not have to tag your friends or share any content on your page or a friend’s page as part of any entry.
- Any promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any software, application or website used to enter the promotion, including Facebook.
- The Facebook page is operated by Natural Fertility NZ, which is registered as a charity. Natural Fertility NZ Charities Commission Registration No. CC2974
- Natural Fertility NZ reserves the right to:
a) provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event that a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason;
b) disallow entries in its absolute discretion;
c) verify entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion;
d) to terminate this promotion or amend any aspect of this promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this promotion or any aspect of this promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned;
3) enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights. - Natural Fertility NZ will not be liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- As a condition of entry, the winner indemnifies Natural Fertility NZ, all organisers and sponsors associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which Natural Fertility NZ may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the promotion and/or participation in a prize.
- Natural Fertility NZ will only collect and retain your personal information for the purposes of operating this promotion and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

50th Anniversary Competition/s
Win a set of appointments up to the value of $345
- Competition opens on the 10 May 2025 and closes in the 1st of July 2025. Prize drawn on the 3rd of July.
- First appointment must take place before November 30th 2025.
- Only one entry per quiz.
- Only open to NZ Residents and citizens who currently reside in NZ. If there are no educators in your area, these appointments will be offered online. A stable internet connection and/or transport to appointments, at your own cost is required.
- Three appointments is usually enough to learn our method of Natural Fertility. If you need anymore appointments going forward, standard educator appointment charges apply,
