NFNZ Educators can help you to recognise and record your own unique fertile signs, so that you know the best time to try each cycle. Fertility Awareness can help you to shorten the time to conception - how?
- By giving you the skills to know when you are fertile each cycle
- By helping you to identify quickly if there are any issues
- Provides useful insight for referral to other practitioners
- It puts both you and your partner in the driving seat on your ttc journey
Your educator can get you started on a preconception healthcare plan, which will ensure that you are both in tip top shape before getting pregnant
What is the process?
- Choose your Fertility Educator, and book in
- Meet for your 1st Appointment (either online or in person), where you will learn:
- How to recognise and record your signs of fertility
- Preconception Healthcare
- Bring your chart to your 2nd Appointment, where you will learn:
- How to interpret your signs of fertility
- How to recognise when fertility starts, and ends
- When it is the best time to have baby making sex
- Bring your next chart to your 3rd Appointment, where your educator will:
- Confirm the length of your luteal phase
- Ensure you understand how to interpret your signs of fertility and fertility chart
- Review your charts for any signs of a hormonal imbalance or conditions, and advise on next steps if necessary
