Sara Nicole Dwyer

Sara is a mother, a homebirth enthusiast, and a soon-to-be doula. Her background is in outdoor recreation, and she loves spending time outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, or surfing.

Sara is passionate about supporting women and couples to reclaim the knowledge and autonomy of their reproductive systems and fertility. She believes this knowledge is our birthright and will foster deeper connections to self and the natural rhythms of our bodies. This connection and understanding extend into all facets of our lives.

Offering one on one support and guidance to singles, couples and groups either wanting to know more about their fertility and menstrual cycles, wanting to conceive, as natural contraceptive method, woman heading towards menopause, or breastfeeding woman wanting to space their children (or avoid conception if their family feels complete) while they do not have a menstrual cycle postpartum.
