Cassandra Woollett

Cassandra has a registered nursing background and has worked in personal health, community health and public health areas. Cassandra is very experienced in public speaking and is comfortable teaching community groups and health professionals. She enjoys teaching on a one to one basis in her clinic setting, seeing those wishing to conceive, those wanting to know more about their fertility and menstrual cycle, those who are breastfeeding and wanting to space their children and those heading towards menopause. Cassandra has spoken at many national and international conferences on behalf of Natural Fertility NZ in regards to natural family planning methods and fertility awareness. Cassandra also offers distance learning within NZ and internationally via Skype, email and phone.

Karen Featherstone

Karen is a Clinical Nutritionist and Accredited NFNZ Educator. Her main clinical focus is Reproductive Health and Natural Fertility Education. She enjoys teaching women and couples to better understand their own fertility to improve their chances of conception; or to avoid pregnancy naturally.

In addition to this she provides pre-conception healthcare through nutritional and lifestyle support for couples or individuals wishing to optimise the health of their future child; and those who are looking to improve their IVF/ART outcome. She specialises in all aspects of women’s hormonal health and wellbeing; and is happy working with mum’s-to-be, both pre- and post-natally as well as during pregnancy to ensure optimal health of both mum and baby.
