Anna Delaney

I am an accredited natural fertility educator based in Ōtepoti/Dunedin for face-to-face appointments. If you’re in another part of the country, we can work online.

I have 15 years experience using this method and my passion led me to train as an educator. I am also a registered psychotherapist and wrote my dissertation about menstrual cycle awareness in psychotherapy.

I believe it is our birthright to experience our natural menstrual cycle as a core embodiment of our femininity. Charting the cycle is a path to hormonal literacy and a deeper relationship with self and fertility.

I have worked mainly with cisgender women and heterosexual couples, however I am open to working with any diverse gender identities and sexualities around the menstrual cycle. My pronouns are she/her.
