Fertility Management
Planning a Baby
Fertility awareness can help you become pregnant. Approximately 1 in 6 couples in New Zealand experience difficulties in conceiving. In many cases, the knowledge gained by a couple who understand their own fertility can help them to succeed in becoming pregnant.

Breastfeeding
There are two methods of natural fertility management for breastfeeding mothers. They are reliable, safe and natural. They do not affect your baby or your breastmilk and support your decision to breastfeed.

Pre-Menstrual Syndrome
Recording your menstrual cycle and observing PMS symptoms will develop self awareness and help you to anticipate, plan and manage your symptoms. You, your friends and family can get through PMS by anticipating what to expect and knowing that it will end!

Post Pill Fertility
Using chemical contraceptives can affect normal fertility for some time after they have been stopped and can mask undiagnosed infertility by regulating menstrual cycles.

Menopause
Each year, thousands of New Zealand women reach menopause. Over a period of time hormone production becomes erratic, fertility drops and menstrual periods stop. With an understanding of what is happening, women and their partners can meet the challenge of the changes and reduce the stress and uncertainty.
